User Permissions on Process Orders

User Access

All users will have access to process order until at least one user is added to the permissions panel below. After that, only those users added will have access.

Users having having access to a process order will see files from that order when viewing a human assessment stage in the annotation tool.

Assessment Dashboard

If a user only has access to some of the files in the human assessment stage, tasks may appear on their assessment dashboard with the number 'Available' less that the 'Total' and 'Remaining'.

For example, imagine there are 2 process orders, each with one file, and a user only has access to one of the orders. On their assessment dashboard they will then see a task as below.
